FundedNext Futures 100K Legacy: Rules, Pricing & Verdict
FundedNext opens their doors to futures. The 100K Legacy account is the elite legacy tier. It offers the largest capital allocation and complete payout freedom (no consistency rule), ideal for traders with irregular big winning days. With EOD drawdown and no activation fees, it challenges the more established Futures prop firms.
Technical Specs100K Account
Payout Information
Legacy FundedNext Accounts require a minimum of 5 Benchmark Days, defined as days where you meet a specific profit target ($100 for $25K accounts; $200 for $50K and $100K accounts). For accounts purchased or reset after November 21, 2025, there is no consistency rule, but you must generate a minimum profit of $500 in the current cycle to be eligible for a withdrawal. The payout is typically processed within 24 hours.
Full Analysis
FundedNext Futures is structured around three account types—Bolt, Rapid, and Legacy—with a clean entry model (one-time fee and no activation fee) and a ruleset that revolves around End-of-Day (EOD) balance for drawdown calculations.
The practical difference between the three comes down to (1) evaluation targets and max loss parameters, and (2) how withdrawals work after you transition to a funded account (especially for Rapid and Legacy via Performance Rewards).
1. Account Architecture: Bolt vs. Rapid vs. Legacy
Bolt is the most “fixed” path: it’s only offered as a $50K model with a $3,000 profit target, a $1,000 daily soft loss limit, and a $2,000 maximum loss limit that trails based on the highest realized EOD balance and only trails up until the threshold reaches $50,100. That being said, you have the option to add
Rapid has $25K / $50K / $100K sizes with profit targets of $1,500 / $3,000 / $5,000, and maximum loss limits of $1,000 / $2,000 / $2,500 calculated from the highest realized EOD balance and updated at the start of each trading day.
Legacy also has $25K / $50K / $100K sizes, but with different targets of $1,250 / $2,500 / $6,000 and a different max loss limit of $1,000 / $2,000 / $3,000, again using a End of Day Drawdown.
2. Payouts & consistency (Rapid/Legacy/Bolt Payouts)
After passing Rapid, Payouts are handled as "Performance Rewards": you can request them as early as 3 days after meeting the account's 40% consistency requirement, with minimums of $250 (25K/50K) or $500 (100K).
Rapid has a funded-stage eligibility filter that matters: you need 40% consistency within the current cycle to withdraw, and you must hit the minimum profit for that cycle ($250 on 25K/50K, $500 on 100K). Check our explanation above for details on the Consistency Rule.
Rapid Performance Payouts are capped per request at $800 (25K), $1,500 (50K), and $2,500 (100K) until you’ve withdrawn 5 times, after which the cap is removed (the profit split remains 80% in favor of the trader).
Something specific from the Rapid accounts: the first withdrawal resets the Maximum Loss Limit to the initial balance, so be aware of that or you might not leave enough room for growing the account again.
After passing Legacy, Payout eligibility is different: you need at least 5 "Benchmark Days" or Winning Trading Days (defined as $100 profit/day on 25K, or $200 profit/day on 50K/100K) and at least $500 profit in total.
On Legacy funded accounts purchased or reset after Nov 21, 2025, there is no consistency rule to maintain in the funded stage, and eligibility is calculated at EOD; once a withdrawal is requested, it cannot be canceled.
Bolt (funded) payouts run on a buffer model: you can only withdraw profits once you are above the buffer of $52,100, and only the profit above that buffer is withdrawable under normal rules.
Eligibility requires at least $250 profit per payout, with a $250 minimum withdrawal and a maximum withdrawal limit of $1,200 per payout.
Bolt uses an 80% profit split on the approved withdrawal amount, and it does not require minimum trading days to request a withdrawal.
Something interesting and different in the industry: The Bolt funded account has an end: you get a maximum of 5 payouts; for the first 4, withdrawals are limited to profit above $52,100 (within the $250–$1,200 range), and the 5th withdrawal is a final settlement where you can withdraw all profits above $50,000 (including the buffer) up to $7,700, after which the account is closed as concluded.
3. Platforms, compliance & reputation
On execution, FundedNext Futures supports Tradovate, NinjaTrader, and TradingView, which covers the most common setups for futures traders.
Compliance-wise, their written rules are strict: they prohibit cross-account hedging, copying/mirroring across accounts with others, operating different traders’ accounts on the same device, and using different IP addresses between dashboard access and platform execution without prior approval.
They also describe automated enforcement around loss-limit breaches (including read-only mode and loss of platform access) and explicitly state they may restrict trading without prior notice, even if that prevents closing positions.
Public sentiment is mixed: you can find complaints alleging payout disputes and account actions on mainstream trading communities, which isn’t proof of wrongdoing but is still part of the due diligence picture.

Our Final Verdict
FundedNext Futures offers three different evaluation accounts that mainly differ in the Funded stage: Bolt is a tightly defined $50K account with a DLL + EOD Drawdown that concludes after the 5th Payout, Rapid is built around faster Payouts with a 40% consistency rule and maximum withdrawal caps, and Legacy requires 5 winning days but completely drops the Consistency Rule.
